    Thanks and i'm very intrested in joining the Police Force to stop crimes in My beautiful nation Papua New Guinea.
    I'm a one of Guard Dog security mamber and i ALWAYS struggle to stop a criminal activities in My Province and town,i always follow My company rules and regulation and My clints aswel.i as a security officer i work according to the law as i trained as security.
    If you good recruting officers accept My applicant then ibcan posses acvouding to the law.your responds Will be highly apprecated.

    County PNG need more men and women in disciplinary forces to lower criminal and other bad activities. Many young people are interested in joining force but got kicked out through nepotism, bribe and Melanesian System by selecting applicants. The selection committees had already picked their wantoks to filled the space and about 100-200 will be selected through pannel screening. How can we develop this nation by this selfish and nepotism system???

    It is time now selection must be based on criteria given and not wantok system coz this type of behavior is now destroying our police force.. Many police officers entered into this nepotism and bribery system has problem with writing statement reports which results in some serious case thrown out by the court..

    Sometimes, they took 6-12 months to prepare the statement because some police officers are only grade 6-8 dropouts but entered into police force by bribery and nepotism system...

    This has to stop🛑
